اِ۬لْحَمْدُ لِلهِ رَبِّ اِ۬لْعَٰلَمِينَ ﰀ

Alhamdu lillâhi rabbi l‘âlamîn

Louange à Allah, Seigneur de l'univers

[All] praise is [due] to Allah, Lord of the worlds

اَ۬لرَّحْمَٰنِ اِ۬لرَّحِيمِ ﰁ

Arrahmâni rrahîm

Le Tout Miséricordieux, le Très Miséricordieux

The Entirely Merciful, the Especially Merciful

مَلِكِ يَوْمِ اِ۬لدِّينِۖ ﰂ

Maliki yawmi ddîn

Maître du Jour de la rétribution

Sovereign of the Day of Recompense

إِيَّاكَ نَعْبُدُ وَإِيَّاكَ نَسْتَعِينُۖ ﰃ

Iyyâka na‘budu wa'iyyâka nasta‘în

C'est Toi [Seul] que nous adorons, et c'est Toi [Seul] dont nous implorons secours

It is You we worship and You we ask for help

اُ۪هْدِنَا اَ۬لصِّرَٰطَ اَ۬لْمُسْتَقِيمَ ﰄ

Uhdinâ ssirâta lmustaqîm

Guide-nous dans le droit chemin

Guide us to the straight path

صِرَٰطَ اَ۬لذِينَ أَنْعَمْتَ عَلَيْهِمْ ﰅ

Sirâta lladhîna an‘amta ‘alayhim

le chemin de ceux que Tu as comblés de faveurs, non pas de ceux qui ont encouru Ta colère, ni des égarés

The path of those upon whom You have bestowed favor, not of those who have evoked [Your] anger or of those who are astray

غَيْرِ اِ۬لْمَغْضُوبِ عَلَيْهِمْ وَلَا اَ۬لضَّآلِّينَۖ ﰆ

Ghayri lmaghdûbi ‘alayhim walâ ddâllîn
