اِ۬لرَّحْمَٰنُ عَلَّمَ اَ۬لْقُرْءَانَۖ ﰀ

Arrahmânu ‘allama lqur'ân

Le Tout Miséricordieux Il a enseigné le Coran

The Most Merciful Taught the Qur'an

خَلَقَ اَ۬لِانسَٰنَ عَلَّمَهُ اُ۬لْبَيَانَۖ ﰁ

Khalaqa linsâna ‘allamahu lbayân

Il a créé l'homme Il lui a appris à s'exprimer clairement

Created man [And] taught him eloquence

اَ۬لشَّمْسُ وَالْقَمَرُ بِحُسْبَانٖۖ ﰂ

Ashshamsu walqamaru bihusbân

Le soleil et la lune [évoluent] selon un calcul [minutieux]

The sun and the moon [move] by precise calculation

وَالنَّجْمُ وَالشَّجَرُ يَسْجُدَٰنِۖ ﰃ

Wannajmu washshajaru yasjudân

Et l'herbe et les arbres se prosternent

And the stars and trees prostrate

وَالسَّمَآءَ رَفَعَهَا وَوَضَعَ اَ۬لْمِيزَانَ ﰄ

Wassamâ'a rafa‘ahâ wawada‘a lmîzân

Et quant au ciel, Il l'a élevé bien haut. Et Il a établi la balance

And the heaven He raised and imposed the balance

أَلَّا تَطْغَوْاْ فِے اِ۬لْمِيزَانِ ﰅ

Allâ tatghaw fî lmîzân

afin que vous ne transgressiez pas dans la pesée

That you not transgress within the balance

وَأَقِيمُواْ اُ۬لْوَزْنَ بِالْقِسْطِ وَلَا تُخْسِرُواْ اُ۬لْمِيزَانَۖ ﰆ

Wa'aqîmû lwazna bilqisti walâ tukhsirû lmîzân

Donnez [toujours] le poids exact et ne faussez pas la pesée

And establish weight in justice and do not make deficient the balance

وَالَارْضَ وَضَعَهَا لِلَانَامِ ﰇ

Walarda wada‘ahâ lilânâm

Quant à la terre, Il l'a étendue pour les êtres vivants

And the earth He laid [out] for the creatures

فِيهَا فَٰكِهَةٞ وَالنَّخْلُ ذَاتُ اُ۬لَاكْمَامِ ﰈ

Fîhâ fâkihatun wannakhlu dhâtu lakmâm

il s'y trouve des fruits, et aussi les palmiers aux fruits recouverts d'enveloppes

Therein is fruit and palm trees having sheaths [of dates]

وَالْحَبُّ ذُو اُ۬لْعَصْفِ وَالرَّيْحَانُۖ ﰉ

Walhabbu dhû l‘asfi warrayhân

tout comme les grains dans leurs balles, et les plantes aromatiques

And grain having husks and scented plants

فَبِأَيِّ ءَالَآءِ رَبِّكُمَا تُكَذِّبَانِۖ ﰊ

Fabi'ayyi âlâ'i rabbikumâ tukadhdhibân

Lequel donc des bienfaits de votre Seigneur nierez-vous

So which of the favors of your Lord would you deny

خَلَقَ اَ۬لِانسَٰنَ مِن صَلْصَٰلٖ كَالْفَخّ۪ارِ ﰋ

Khalaqa linsâna min salsâlin kalfakhkhêr

Il a crée l'homme d'argile sonnante comme la poterie

He created man from clay like [that of] pottery

وَخَلَقَ اَ۬لْجَآنَّ مِن مَّارِجٖ مِّن نّ۪ارٖۖ ﰌ

Wakhalaqa ljânna mim mârijim min nêr

et Il a créé les djinns de la flamme d'un feu sans fumée

And He created the jinn from a smokeless flame of fire

فَبِأَيِّ ءَالَآءِ رَبِّكُمَا تُكَذِّبَانِۖ ﰍ

Fabi'ayyi âlâ'i rabbikumâ tukadhdhibân

Lequel donc des bienfaits de votre Seigneur nierez-vous

So which of the favors of your Lord would you deny

رَبُّ اُ۬لْمَشْرِقَيْنِ وَرَبُّ اُ۬لْمَغْرِبَيْنِۖ ﰎ

Rabbu lmashriqayni warabbu lmaghribayn

Seigneur des deux Levants et Seigneur des deux Couchants

[He is] Lord of the two sunrises and Lord of the two sunsets

فَبِأَيِّ ءَالَآءِ رَبِّكُمَا تُكَذِّبَانِۖ ﰏ

Fabi'ayyi âlâ'i rabbikumâ tukadhdhibân

Lequel donc des bienfaits de votre Seigneur nierez-vous

So which of the favors of your Lord would you deny

مَرَجَ اَ۬لْبَحْرَيْنِ يَلْتَقِيَٰنِ ﰐ

Maraja lbahrayni yaltaqiyân

Il a donné libre cours aux deux mers pour se rencontrer

He released the two seas, meeting [side by side]

بَيْنَهُمَا بَرْزَخٞ لَّا يَبْغِيَٰنِۖ ﰑ

Baynahumâ barzakhul lâ yabghiyân

il y a entre elles une barrière qu'elles ne dépassent pas

Between them is a barrier [so] neither of them transgresses

فَبِأَيِّ ءَالَآءِ رَبِّكُمَا تُكَذِّبَانِۖ ﰒ

Fabi'ayyi âlâ'i rabbikumâ tukadhdhibân

Lequel donc des bienfaits de votre Seigneur nierez-vous

So which of the favors of your Lord would you deny

يُخْرَجُ مِنْهُمَا اَ۬للُّؤْلُؤُاْ وَالْمَرْجَانُۖ ﰓ

Yukhraju minhumâ llu'lu'u walmarjân

De ces deux [mers] sortent la perle et le corail

From both of them emerge pearl and coral

فَبِأَيِّ ءَالَآءِ رَبِّكُمَا تُكَذِّبَانِۖ ﰔ

Fabi'ayyi âlâ'i rabbikumâ tukadhdhibân

Lequel donc des bienfaits de votre Seigneur nierez-vous

So which of the favors of your Lord would you deny

وَلَهُ اُ۬لْجَوَارِ اِ۬لْمُنشَأَٰتُ فِے اِ۬لْبَحْرِ كَالَاعْلَٰمِۖ ﰕ

Walahu ljawâri lmunsha'âtu fî lbahri kala‘lâm

A Lui appartiennent les vaisseaux élevés sur la mer comme des montagnes

And to Him belong the ships [with sails] elevated in the sea like mountains

فَبِأَيِّ ءَالَآءِ رَبِّكُمَا تُكَذِّبَانِۖ ﰖ

Fabi'ayyi âlâ'i rabbikumâ tukadhdhibân

Lequel donc des bienfaits de votre Seigneur nierez-vous

So which of the favors of your Lord would you deny

كُلُّ مَنْ عَلَيْهَا فَانٖ ﰗ

Kullu man ‘alayhâ fân

Tout ce qui est sur elle [la terre] doit disparaître

Everyone upon the earth will perish

وَيَبْق۪ىٰ وَجْهُ رَبِّكَ ذُو اُ۬لْجَلَٰلِ وَالِاكْرَامِۖ ﰘ

Wayabqê wajhu rabbika dhû ljalâli walikrâm

[Seule] subsistera La Face [Wajh] de ton Seigneur, plein de majesté et de noblesse

And there will remain the Face of your Lord, Owner of Majesty and Honor

فَبِأَيِّ ءَالَآءِ رَبِّكُمَا تُكَذِّبَانِۖ ﰙ

Fabi'ayyi âlâ'i rabbikumâ tukadhdhibân

Lequel donc des bienfaits de votre Seigneur nierez-vous

So which of the favors of your Lord would you deny

يَسْـَٔلُهُۥ مَن فِے اِ۬لسَّمَٰوَٰتِ وَالَارْضِ كُلَّ يَوْمٍ هُوَ فِے شَأْنٖۖ ﰚ

Yas'aluhû man fî ssamâwâti walardi kulla yawmin huwa fî sha'n

Ceux qui sont dans les cieux et la terre L'implorent. Chaque jour, Il accomplit une œuvre nouvelle

Whoever is within the heavens and earth asks Him; every day He is bringing about a matter

فَبِأَيِّ ءَالَآءِ رَبِّكُمَا تُكَذِّبَانِۖ ﰛ

Fabi'ayyi âlâ'i rabbikumâ tukadhdhibân

Lequel donc des bienfaits de votre Seigneur nierez-vous

So which of the favors of your Lord would you deny

سَنَفْرُغُ لَكُمُۥٓ أَيُّهَ اَ۬لثَّقَلَٰنِۖ ﰜ

Sanafrughu lakumû ayyuha ththaqalân

Nous allons bientôt entreprendre votre jugement, ô vous les deux charges [hommes et djinns]

We will attend to you, O prominent beings

فَبِأَيِّ ءَالَآءِ رَبِّكُمَا تُكَذِّبَانِۖ ﰝ

Fabi'ayyi âlâ'i rabbikumâ tukadhdhibân

Lequel donc des bienfaits de votre Seigneur nierez-vous

So which of the favors of your Lord would you deny

يَٰمَعْشَرَ اَ۬لْجِنِّ وَالِانسِ إِنِ اِ۪سْتَطَعْتُمُۥٓ أَن تَنفُذُواْ مِنَ اَقْط۪ارِ اِ۬لسَّمَٰوَٰتِ وَالَارْضِ فَانفُذُواْۖ لَا تَنفُذُونَ إِلَّا بِسُلْطَٰنٖۖ ﰞ

Yâma‘shara ljinni walinsi ini stata‘tumû an tanfudhû mina qtêri ssamâwâti walardi fânfudhû lâ tanfudhûna illâ bisultân

O peuple de djinns et d'hommes! Si vous pouvez sortir du domaine des cieux et de la terre, alors faites-le. Mais vous ne pourrez en sortir qu'à l'aide d'un pouvoir [illimité]

O company of jinn and mankind, if you are able to pass beyond the regions of the heavens and the earth, then pass. You will not pass except by authority [from Allah]

فَبِأَيِّ ءَالَآءِ رَبِّكُمَا تُكَذِّبَانِۖ ﰟ

Fabi'ayyi âlâ'i rabbikumâ tukadhdhibân

Lequel donc des bienfaits de votre Seigneur nierez-vous

So which of the favors of your Lord would you deny

يُرْسَلُ عَلَيْكُمَا شُوَاظٞ مِّن نّ۪ارٖ ﰠ

Yursalu ‘alaykumâ shuwâzum min nêr

Il sera lancé contre vous un jet de feu et de fumée [ou de cuivre fondu], et vous ne serez pas secourus

There will be sent upon you a flame of fire and smoke, and you will not defend yourselves

وَنُحَاسٞ فَلَا تَنتَصِرَٰنِۖ ﰡ

Wanuhâsun falâ tantasirân

↑ ترجمة هذه الآية مضمّنة في ترجمة الآية السابقة (آية واحدة في عدّ حفص).

↑ ترجمة هذه الآية مضمّنة في ترجمة الآية السابقة (آية واحدة في عدّ حفص).

فَبِأَيِّ ءَالَآءِ رَبِّكُمَا تُكَذِّبَانِۖ ﰢ

Fabi'ayyi âlâ'i rabbikumâ tukadhdhibân

Lequel donc des bienfaits de votre Seigneur nierez-vous

So which of the favors of your Lord would you deny

فَإِذَا اَ۪نشَقَّتِ اِ۬لسَّمَآءُ فَكَانَتْ وَرْدَةٗ كَالدِّهَانِ ﰣ

Fa'idhâ nshaqqati ssamâ'u fakânat wardatan kaddihân

Puis quand le ciel se fendra et deviendra alors écarlate comme le cuir rouge

And when the heaven is split open and becomes rose-colored like oil

فَبِأَيِّ ءَالَآءِ رَبِّكُمَا تُكَذِّبَانِ ﰤ

Fabi'ayyi âlâ'i rabbikumâ tukadhdhibân

Lequel des bienfaits de votre Seigneur nierez-vous

So which of the favors of your Lord would you deny

فَيَوْمَئِذٖ لَّا يُسْـَٔلُ عَن ذَنۢبِهِۦٓ إِنسٞ وَلَا جَآنّٞۖ ﰥ

Fayawma'idhil lâ yus'alu ‘an dhambihî insun walâ jânn

Alors, ni aux hommes ni aux djinns, on ne posera des questions à propos de leurs péchés

Then on that Day none will be asked about his sin among men or jinn

فَبِأَيِّ ءَالَآءِ رَبِّكُمَا تُكَذِّبَانِۖ ﰦ

Fabi'ayyi âlâ'i rabbikumâ tukadhdhibân

Lequel donc des bienfaits de votre Seigneur nierez-vous

So which of the favors of your Lord would you deny

۞ يُعْرَفُ اُ۬لْمُجْرِمُونَ بِسِيمٰ۪هُمْ فَيُوخَذُ بِالنَّوَٰصِے وَالَاقْدَامِۖ ﰧ

Yu‘rafu lmujrimûna bisîmêhum fayûkhadhu binnawâsî walaqdâm

On reconnaîtra les criminels à leurs traits. Ils seront donc saisis par les toupets et les pieds

The criminals will be known by their marks, and they will be seized by the forelocks and the feet

فَبِأَيِّ ءَالَآءِ رَبِّكُمَا تُكَذِّبَانِۖ ﰨ

Fabi'ayyi âlâ'i rabbikumâ tukadhdhibân

Lequel donc des bienfaits de votre Seigneur nierez-vous

So which of the favors of your Lord would you deny

هَٰذِهِۦ جَهَنَّمُ اُ۬لتِے يُكَذِّبُ بِهَا اَ۬لْمُجْرِمُونَ ﰩ

Hâdhihî jahannamu llatî yukadhdhibu bihâ lmujrimûn

Voilà l'Enfer que les criminels traitaient de mensonge

This is Hell, which the criminals deny

يَطُوفُونَ بَيْنَهَا وَبَيْنَ حَمِيمٍ اٰنٖۖ ﰪ

Yatûfûna baynahâ wabayna hamîmin ân

Ils feront le va-et-vient entre lui (l'Enfer) et une eau bouillante extrêmement chaude

They will go around between it and scalding water, heated [to the utmost degree]

فَبِأَيِّ ءَالَآءِ رَبِّكُمَا تُكَذِّبَانِۖ ﰫ

Fabi'ayyi âlâ'i rabbikumâ tukadhdhibân

Lequel donc des bienfaits de votre Seigneur nierez-vous

So which of the favors of your Lord would you deny

وَلِمَنْ خَافَ مَقَامَ رَبِّهِۦ جَنَّتَٰنِ ﰬ

Waliman khâfa maqâma rabbihî jannatân

Et pour celui qui aura craint de comparaître devant son Seigneur, il y aura deux jardins

But for he who has feared the position of his Lord are two gardens

فَبِأَيِّ ءَالَآءِ رَبِّكُمَا تُكَذِّبَانِ ﰭ

Fabi'ayyi âlâ'i rabbikumâ tukadhdhibân

Lequel donc des bienfaits de votre Seigneur nierez-vous

So which of the favors of your Lord would you deny

ذَوَاتَآ أَفْنَانٖۖ ﰮ

Dhawâtâ afnân

Aux branches touffues

Having [spreading] branches

فَبِأَيِّ ءَالَآءِ رَبِّكُمَا تُكَذِّبَانِۖ ﰯ

Fabi'ayyi âlâ'i rabbikumâ tukadhdhibân

Lequel donc des bienfaits de votre Seigneur nierez-vous

So which of the favors of your Lord would you deny

فِيهِمَا عَيْنَٰنِ تَجْرِيَٰنِۖ ﰰ

Fîhimâ ‘aynâni tajriyân

Ils y trouveront deux sources courantes

In both of them are two springs, flowing

فَبِأَيِّ ءَالَآءِ رَبِّكُمَا تُكَذِّبَانِۖ ﰱ

Fabi'ayyi âlâ'i rabbikumâ tukadhdhibân

Lequel donc des bienfaits de votre Seigneur nierez-vous

So which of the favors of your Lord would you deny

فِيهِمَا مِن كُلِّ فَٰكِهَةٖ زَوْجَٰنِۖ ﰲ

Fîhimâ min kulli fâkihatin zawjân

Ils contiennent deux espèces de chaque fruit

In both of them are of every fruit, two kinds

فَبِأَيِّ ءَالَآءِ رَبِّكُمَا تُكَذِّبَانِۖ ﰳ

Fabi'ayyi âlâ'i rabbikumâ tukadhdhibân

Lequel donc des bienfaits de votre Seigneur nierez-vous

So which of the favors of your Lord would you deny

مُتَّكِـِٕينَ عَلَىٰ فُرُشِۢ بَطَآئِنُهَا مِنِ اِسْتَبْرَقٖ وَجَنَا اَ۬لْجَنَّتَيْنِ دَانٖۖ ﰴ

Muttaki'îna ‘alâ furushim batâ'inuhâ mini stabraqin wajanâ ljannatayni dân

Ils seront accoudés sur des tapis doublés de brocart, et les fruits des deux jardins seront à leur portée (pour être cueillis)

[They are] reclining on beds whose linings are of silk brocade, and the fruit of the two gardens is hanging low

فَبِأَيِّ ءَالَآءِ رَبِّكُمَا تُكَذِّبَانِۖ ﰵ

Fabi'ayyi âlâ'i rabbikumâ tukadhdhibân

Lequel donc des bienfaits de votre Seigneur nierez-vous

So which of the favors of your Lord would you deny

فِيهِنَّ قَٰصِرَٰتُ اُ۬لطَّرْفِ لَمْ يَطْمِثْهُنَّ إِنسٞ قَبْلَهُمْ وَلَا جَآنّٞۖ ﰶ

Fîhinna qâsirâtu ttarfi lam yatmithhunna insun qablahum walâ jânn

Ils y trouveront [les houris] aux regards chastes, qu'avant eux aucun homme ou djinn n'aura déflorées

In them are women limiting [their] glances, untouched before them by man or jinni

فَبِأَيِّ ءَالَآءِ رَبِّكُمَا تُكَذِّبَانِۖ ﰷ

Fabi'ayyi âlâ'i rabbikumâ tukadhdhibân

Lequel donc des bienfaits de votre Seigneur nierez-vous

So which of the favors of your Lord would you deny

كَأَنَّهُنَّ اَ۬لْيَاقُوتُ وَالْمَرْجَانُۖ ﰸ

Ka'annahunna lyâqûtu walmarjân

Elles seront [aussi belles] que le rubis et le corail

As if they were rubies and coral

فَبِأَيِّ ءَالَآءِ رَبِّكُمَا تُكَذِّبَانِۖ ﰹ

Fabi'ayyi âlâ'i rabbikumâ tukadhdhibân

Lequel donc des bienfaits de votre Seigneur nierez-vous

So which of the favors of your Lord would you deny

هَلْ جَزَآءُ اُ۬لِاحْسَٰنِ إِلَّا اَ۬لِاحْسَٰنُۖ ﰺ

Hal jazâ'u lihsâni illâ lihsân

Y a-t-il d'autre récompense pour le bien, que le bien

Is the reward for good [anything] but good

فَبِأَيِّ ءَالَآءِ رَبِّكُمَا تُكَذِّبَانِۖ ﰻ

Fabi'ayyi âlâ'i rabbikumâ tukadhdhibân

Lequel donc des bienfaits de votre Seigneur nierez-vous

So which of the favors of your Lord would you deny

وَمِن دُونِهِمَا جَنَّتَٰنِ ﰼ

Wamin dûnihimâ jannatân

En deçà de ces deux jardins il y aura deux autres jardins

And below them both [in excellence] are two [other] gardens

فَبِأَيِّ ءَالَآءِ رَبِّكُمَا تُكَذِّبَانِ ﰽ

Fabi'ayyi âlâ'i rabbikumâ tukadhdhibân

Lequel donc des bienfaits de votre Seigneur nierez-vous

So which of the favors of your Lord would you deny

مُدْهَآمَّتَٰنِۖ ﰾ

Mudhâmmatân

Ils sont d'un vert sombre

Dark green [in color]

فَبِأَيِّ ءَالَآءِ رَبِّكُمَا تُكَذِّبَانِۖ ﰿ

Fabi'ayyi âlâ'i rabbikumâ tukadhdhibân

Lequel donc des bienfaits de votre Seigneur nierez-vous

So which of the favors of your Lord would you deny

فِيهِمَا عَيْنَٰنِ نَضَّاخَتَٰنِۖ ﱀ

Fîhimâ ‘aynâni naddâkhatân

Dans lesquelles il y aura deux sources jaillissantes

In both of them are two springs, spouting

فَبِأَيِّ ءَالَآءِ رَبِّكُمَا تُكَذِّبَانِۖ ﱁ

Fabi'ayyi âlâ'i rabbikumâ tukadhdhibân

Lequel donc des bienfaits de votre Seigneur nierez-vous

So which of the favors of your Lord would you deny

فِيهِمَا فَٰكِهَةٞ وَنَخْلٞ وَرُمَّانٞۖ ﱂ

Fîhimâ fâkihatun wanakhlun warummân

Ils contiennent des fruits, des palmiers, et des grenadiers

In both of them are fruit and palm trees and pomegranates

فَبِأَيِّ ءَالَآءِ رَبِّكُمَا تُكَذِّبَانِۖ ﱃ

Fabi'ayyi âlâ'i rabbikumâ tukadhdhibân

Lequel donc des bienfaits de votre Seigneur nierez-vous

So which of the favors of your Lord would you deny

فِيهِنَّ خَيْرَٰتٌ حِسَانٞۖ ﱄ

Fîhinna khayrâtun hisân

Là, il y aura des vertueuses et des belles

In them are good and beautiful women

فَبِأَيِّ ءَالَآءِ رَبِّكُمَا تُكَذِّبَانِۖ ﱅ

Fabi'ayyi âlâ'i rabbikumâ tukadhdhibân

Lequel donc des bienfaits de votre Seigneur nierez-vous

So which of the favors of your Lord would you deny

حُورٞ مَّقْصُورَٰتٞ فِے اِ۬لْخِيَامِۖ ﱆ

Hûrum maqsûrâtun fî lkhiyâm

Des houris cloîtrées dans les tentes

Fair ones reserved in pavilions

فَبِأَيِّ ءَالَآءِ رَبِّكُمَا تُكَذِّبَانِۖ ﱇ

Fabi'ayyi âlâ'i rabbikumâ tukadhdhibân

Lequel donc des bienfaits de votre Seigneur nierez-vous

So which of the favors of your Lord would you deny

لَمْ يَطْمِثْهُنَّ إِنسٞ قَبْلَهُمْ وَلَا جَآنّٞۖ ﱈ

Lam yatmithhunna insun qablahum walâ jânn

qu'avant eux aucun homme ou djinn n'a déflorées

Untouched before them by man or jinni

فَبِأَيِّ ءَالَآءِ رَبِّكُمَا تُكَذِّبَانِۖ ﱉ

Fabi'ayyi âlâ'i rabbikumâ tukadhdhibân

Lequel donc des bienfaits de votre Seigneur nierez-vous

So which of the favors of your Lord would you deny

مُتَّكِـِٕينَ عَلَىٰ رَفْرَفٍ خُضْرٖ وَعَبْقَرِيٍّ حِسَانٖۖ ﱊ

Muttaki'îna ‘alâ rafrafin khudrin wa‘abqariyyin hisân

Ils seront accoudés sur des coussins verts et des tapis épais et jolis

Reclining on green cushions and beautiful fine carpets

فَبِأَيِّ ءَالَآءِ رَبِّكُمَا تُكَذِّبَانِۖ ﱋ

Fabi'ayyi âlâ'i rabbikumâ tukadhdhibân

Lequel donc des bienfaits de votre Seigneur nierez-vous

So which of the favors of your Lord would you deny

تَبَٰرَكَ اَ۪سْمُ رَبِّكَ ذِے اِ۬لْجَلَٰلِ وَالِاكْرَامِۖ ﱌ

Tabâraka smu rabbika dhî ljalâli walikrâm

Béni soit le Nom de ton Seigneur, Plein de Majesté et de Munificence

Blessed is the name of your Lord, Owner of Majesty and Honor
