سُورَةُ الطُّور

52. Aṭ-Ṭūr · Muhammad Hamidullah · Saheeh International

47 آيات

بِسْمِ اِ۬للَّهِ اِ۬لرَّحْمَٰنِ اِ۬لرَّحِيمِ Au nom d'Allah, le Tout Miséricordieux, le Très Miséricordieux. In the name of Allah, the Entirely Merciful, the Especially Merciful.

1

وَالطُّورِ وَكِتَٰبٖ مَّسْطُورٖ ﰀ

Wattûri wakitâbim mastûr

Par At-Tûr Et par un Livre écrit

By the mount And [by] a Book inscribed

2

فِے رَقّٖ مَّنشُورٖ ﰁ

Fî raqqim manshûr

sur un parchemin déployé

In parchment spread open

3

وَالْبَيْتِ اِ۬لْمَعْمُورِ ﰂ

Walbayti lma‘mûr

Et par la Maison peuplée

And [by] the frequented House

4

وَالسَّقْفِ اِ۬لْمَرْفُوعِ ﰃ

Wassaqfi lmarfû‘

Et par la Voûte élevée

And [by] the heaven raised high

5

وَالْبَحْرِ اِ۬لْمَسْجُورِ ﰄ

Walbahri lmasjûr

Et par la Mer portée à ébullition! (au Jour dernier)

And [by] the sea filled [with fire]

6

إِنَّ عَذَابَ رَبِّكَ لَوَٰقِعٞۖ ﰅ

Inna ‘adhâba rabbika lawâqi‘

Le châtiment de ton Seigneur aura lieu inévitablement

Indeed, the punishment of your Lord will occur

7

مَّا لَهُۥ مِن دَافِعٖۖ ﰆ

Mâ lahû min dâfi‘

Nul ne pourra le repousser

Of it there is no preventer

8

يَوْمَ تَمُورُ اُ۬لسَّمَآءُ مَوْراٗ ﰇ

Yawma tamûru ssamâ'u mawrâ

Le jour où le ciel sera agité d'un tourbillonnement

On the Day the heaven will sway with circular motion

9

وَتَسِيرُ اُ۬لْجِبَالُ سَيْراٗۖ ﰈ

Watasîru ljibâlu sayrâ

et les montagnes se mettront en marche

And the mountains will pass on, departing

10

فَوَيْلٞ يَوْمَئِذٖ لِّلْمُكَذِّبِينَ ﰉ

Fawaylun yawma'idhil lilmukadhdhibîn

Ce jour-là, malheur à ceux qui traitent (les signes d'Allah) de mensonges

Then woe, that Day, to the deniers

11

اَ۬لذِينَ هُمْ فِے خَوْضٖ يَلْعَبُونَۖ ﰊ

Alladhîna hum fî khawdin yal‘abûn

ceux qui s'ébattent dans des discours frivoles

Who are in [empty] discourse amusing themselves

12

يَوْمَ يُدَعُّونَ إِلَىٰ ن۪ارِ جَهَنَّمَ دَعّاًۖ هَٰذِهِ اِ۬لنَّارُ اُ۬لتِے كُنتُم بِهَا تُكَذِّبُونَۖ ﰋ

Yawma yuda‘‘ûna ilâ nêri jahannama da‘‘an hâdhihi nnâru llatî kuntum bihâ tukadhdhibûn

le jour où ils seront brutalement poussés au feu de l'Enfer Voilà le feu que vous traitiez de mensonge

The Day they are thrust toward the fire of Hell with a [violent] thrust, [its angels will say] This is the Fire which you used to deny

13

أَفَسِحْرٌ هَٰذَآ أَمَ اَنتُمْ لَا تُبْصِرُونَۖ ﰌ

Afasihrun hâdhâ ama ntum lâ tubsirûn

Est-ce que cela est de la magie? Ou bien ne voyez-vous pas clair

Then is this magic, or do you not see

14

اَ۪صْلَوْهَا فَاصْبِرُوٓاْ أَوْ لَا تَصْبِرُواْ سَوَآءٌ عَلَيْكُمُۥٓۖ إِنَّمَا تُجْزَوْنَ مَا كُنتُمْ تَعْمَلُونَۖ ﰍ

Aslawhâ fasbirû aw lâ tasbirû sawâ'un ‘alaykumû innamâ tujzawna mâ kuntum ta‘malûn

Brûlez dedans! Supportez ou ne supportez pas, ce sera égal pour vous: vous n'êtes rétribués que selon ce que vous faisiez

[Enter to] burn therein; then be patient or impatient - it is all the same for you. You are only being recompensed [for] what you used to do

15

إِنَّ اَ۬لْمُتَّقِينَ فِے جَنَّٰتٖ وَنَعِيمٖ ﰎ

Inna lmuttaqîna fî jannâtin wana‘îm

Les pieux seront dans des Jardins et dans des délices

Indeed, the righteous will be in gardens and pleasure

16

فَٰكِهِينَ بِمَآ ءَات۪يٰهُمْ رَبُّهُمْۖ وَوَق۪يٰهُمْ رَبُّهُمْ عَذَابَ اَ۬لْجَحِيمِۖ ﰏ

Fâkihîna bimâ âtêhum rabbuhum wawaqêhum rabbuhum ‘adhâba ljahîm

se réjouissant de ce que leur Seigneur leur aura donné, et leur Seigneur les aura protégés du châtiment de la Fournaise

Enjoying what their Lord has given them, and their Lord protected them from the punishment of Hellfire

17

كُلُواْ وَاشْرَبُواْ هَنِيٓـٔاَۢ بِمَا كُنتُمْ تَعْمَلُونَ ﰐ

Kulû washrabû hanî'am bimâ kuntum ta‘malûn

«En récompense de ce que vous faisiez, mangez et buvez en toute sérénité

[They will be told], "Eat and drink in satisfaction for what you used to do

18

مُتَّكِـِٕينَ عَلَىٰ سُرُرٖ مَّصْفُوفَةٖ وَزَوَّجْنَٰهُم بِحُورٍ عِينٖۖ ﰑ

Muttaki'îna ‘alâ sururim masfûfatin wazawwajnâhum bihûrin ‘în

accoudés sur des lits bien rangés», et Nous leur ferons épouser des houris aux grands yeux noirs

They will be reclining on thrones lined up, and We will marry them to fair women with large, [beautiful] eyes

19

وَالذِينَ ءَامَنُواْ وَاتَّبَعَتْهُمْ ذُرِّيَّتُهُم بِإِيمَٰنٍ اَلْحَقْنَا بِهِمْ ذُرِّيَّٰتِهِمْ وَمَآ أَلَتْنَٰهُم مِّنْ عَمَلِهِم مِّن شَےْءٖۖ كُلُّ اُ۪مْرِےِٕۢ بِمَا كَسَبَ رَهِينٞۖ ﰒ

Walladhîna âmanû wattaba‘athum dhurriyyatuhum bi'îmânina lhaqnâ bihim dhurriyyâtihim wamâ alatnâhum min ‘amalihim min shay'in kullu mrî'im bimâ kasaba rahîn

Ceux qui auront cru et que leurs descendants auront suivis dans la foi, Nous ferons que leurs descendants les rejoignent. Et Nous ne diminuerons en rien le mérite de leurs œuvres, chacun étant tenu responsable de ce qu'il aura acquis

And those who believed and whose descendants followed them in faith - We will join with them their descendants, and We will not deprive them of anything of their deeds. Every person, for what he earned, is retained

20

وَأَمْدَدْنَٰهُم بِفَٰكِهَةٖ وَلَحْمٖ مِّمَّا يَشْتَهُونَ ﰓ

Wa'amdadnâhum bifâkihatin walahmim mimmâ yashtahûn

Nous les pourvoirons abondamment des fruits et des viandes qu'ils désireront

And We will provide them with fruit and meat from whatever they desire

21

يَتَنَٰزَعُونَ فِيهَا كَأْساٗ لَّا لَغْوٞ فِيهَا وَلَا تَاثِيمٞۖ ﰔ

Yatanâza‘ûna fîhâ ka'sal lâ laghwun fîhâ walâ tâthîm

Là, ils se passeront les uns les autres une coupe qui ne provoquera ni vanité ni incrimination

They will exchange with one another a cup [of wine] wherein [results] no ill speech or commission of sin

22

۞ وَيَطُوفُ عَلَيْهِمْ غِلْمَانٞ لَّهُمْ كَأَنَّهُمْ لُؤْلُؤٞ مَّكْنُونٞۖ ﰕ

Wayatûfu ‘alayhim ghilmânul lahum ka'annahum lu'lu'um maknûn

Et parmi eux circuleront des garçons à leur service, pareils à des perles bien conservées

There will circulate among them [servant] boys [especially] for them, as if they were pearls well-protected

23

وَأَقْبَلَ بَعْضُهُمْ عَلَىٰ بَعْضٖ يَتَسَآءَلُونَۖ ﰖ

Wa'aqbala ba‘duhum ‘alâ ba‘din yatasâ'alûn

Et ils se tourneront les uns vers les autres s'interrogeant

And they will approach one another, inquiring of each other

24

قَالُوٓاْ إِنَّا كُنَّا قَبْلُ فِےٓ أَهْلِنَا مُشْفِقِينَ ﰗ

Qâlû innâ kunnâ qablu fî ahlinâ mushfiqîn

Ils diront: «Nous vivions au milieu des nôtres dans la crainte [d'Allah]

They will say, "Indeed, we were previously among our people fearful [of displeasing Allah]

25

فَمَنَّ اَ۬للَّهُ عَلَيْنَا وَوَق۪يٰنَا عَذَابَ اَ۬لسَّمُومِۖ ﰘ

Famanna llâhu ‘alaynâ wawaqênâ ‘adhâba ssamûm

Puis Allah nous a favorisés et protégés du châtiment du Samûm

So Allah conferred favor upon us and protected us from the punishment of the Scorching Fire

26

إِنَّا كُنَّا مِن قَبْلُ نَدْعُوهُ أَنَّهُۥ هُوَ اَ۬لْبَرُّ اُ۬لرَّحِيمُۖ ﰙ

Innâ kunnâ min qablu nad‘ûhu annahû huwa lbarru rrahîm

Antérieurement, nous L'invoquions. C'est Lui certes, le Charitable, le Très Miséricordieux»

Indeed, we used to supplicate Him before. Indeed, it is He who is the Beneficent, the Merciful

27

فَذَكِّرْ فَمَآ أَنتَ بِنِعْمَتِ رَبِّكَ بِكَاهِنٖ وَلَا مَجْنُونٍۖ ﰚ

Fadhakkir famâ anta bini‘mati rabbika bikâhinin walâ majnûn

Rappelle donc et par la grâce de ton Seigneur tu n'es ni un devin ni un possédé

So remind [O Muhammad], for you are not, by the favor of your Lord, a soothsayer or a madman

28

اَمْ يَقُولُونَ شَاعِرٞ نَّتَرَبَّصُ بِهِۦ رَيْبَ اَ۬لْمَنُونِۖ ﰛ

Am yaqûlûna shâ‘irun natarabbasu bihî rayba lmanûn

Ou bien ils disent: «C'est un poète! Attendons pour lui le coup de la mort»

Or do they say [of you], "A poet for whom we await a misfortune of time

29

قُلْ تَرَبَّصُواْۖ فَإِنِّے مَعَكُم مِّنَ اَ۬لْمُتَرَبِّصِينَۖ ﰜ

Qul tarabbasû fa'innî ma‘akum mina lmutarabbisîn

Dis: «Attendez! Je suis avec vous parmi ceux qui attendent»

Say, "Wait, for indeed I am, with you, among the waiters

30

أَمْ تَامُرُهُمُۥٓ أَحْلَٰمُهُم بِهَٰذَآ أَمْ هُمْ قَوْمٞ طَاغُونَۖ ﰝ

Am tâmuruhumû ahlâmuhum bihâdhâ am hum qawmun tâghûn

Est-ce leur raison qui leur commande cela? Ou sont-ils des gens outranciers

Or do their minds command them to [say] this, or are they a transgressing people

31

أَمْ يَقُولُونَ تَقَوَّلَهُۥۖ بَل لَّا يُومِنُونَۖ ﰞ

Am yaqûlûna taqawwalahû bal lâ yûminûn

Ou bien ils disent: «Il l'a inventé lui-même?» Non... mais ils ne croient pas

Or do they say, "He has made it up"? Rather, they do not believe

32

فَلْيَاتُواْ بِحَدِيثٖ مِّثْلِهِۦٓ إِن كَانُواْ صَٰدِقِينَۖ ﰟ

Falyâtû bihadîthim mithlihî in kânû sâdiqîn

Eh bien, qu'ils produisent un récit pareil à lui (le Coran), s'ils sont véridiques

Then let them produce a statement like it, if they should be truthful

33

أَمْ خُلِقُواْ مِنْ غَيْرِ شَےْءٍ اَمْ هُمُ اُ۬لْخَٰلِقُونَۖ ﰠ

Am khuliqû min ghayri shay'ina m humu lkhâliqûn

Ont-ils été créé à partir de rien ou sont-ils eux les créateurs

Or were they created by nothing, or were they the creators [of themselves]

34

أَمْ خَلَقُواْ اُ۬لسَّمَٰوَٰتِ وَالَارْضَۖ بَل لَّا يُوقِنُونَۖ ﰡ

Am khalaqû ssamâwâti walarda bal lâ yûqinûn

Ou ont-ils créé les cieux et la terre? Mais ils n'ont plutôt aucune conviction

Or did they create the heavens and the earth? Rather, they are not certain

35

أَمْ عِندَهُمْ خَزَآئِنُ رَبِّكَ أَمْ هُمُ اُ۬لْمُصَيْطِرُونَۖ ﰢ

Am ‘indahum khazâ'inu rabbika am humu lmusaytirûn

Possèdent-ils les trésors de ton Seigneur? Ou sont-ils eux les maîtres souverains

Or have they the depositories [containing the provision] of your Lord? Or are they the controllers [of them]

36

أَمْ لَهُمْ سُلَّمٞ يَسْتَمِعُونَ فِيهِۖ فَلْيَاتِ مُسْتَمِعُهُم بِسُلْطَٰنٖ مُّبِينٍۖ ﰣ

Am lahum sullamun yastami‘ûna fîhi falyâti mustami‘uhum bisultânim mubîn

Ont-ils une échelle d'où ils écoutent? Que celui des leurs qui reste à l'écoute apporte une preuve évidente

Or have they a stairway [into the heaven] upon which they listen? Then let their listener produce a clear authority

37

اَمْ لَهُ اُ۬لْبَنَٰتُ وَلَكُمُ اُ۬لْبَنُونَۖ ﰤ

Am lahu lbanâtu walakumu lbanûn

[Allah] aurait-Il les filles, tandis que vous, les fils

Or has He daughters while you have sons

38

أَمْ تَسْـَٔلُهُمُۥٓ أَجْراٗ فَهُم مِّن مَّغْرَمٖ مُّثْقَلُونَۖ ﰥ

Am tas'aluhumû ajran fahum mim maghramim muthqalûn

Ou leur demandes-tu un salaire, de sorte qu'ils soient grevés d'une lourde dette

Or do you, [O Muhammad], ask of them a payment, so they are by debt burdened down

39

أَمْ عِندَهُمُ اُ۬لْغَيْبُ فَهُمْ يَكْتُبُونَۖ ﰦ

Am ‘indahumu lghaybu fahum yaktubûn

Ou bien détiennent-ils l'Inconnaissable pour le mentionner par écrit

Or have they [knowledge of] the unseen, so they write [it] down

40

أَمْ يُرِيدُونَ كَيْداٗۖ فَالذِينَ كَفَرُواْ هُمُ اُ۬لْمَكِيدُونَۖ ﰧ

Am yurîdûna kaydan falladhîna kafarû humu lmakîdûn

Ou cherchent-ils un stratagème? Mais ce sont ceux qui ont mécru qui sont victimes de leur propre stratagème

Or do they intend a plan? But those who disbelieve - they are the object of a plan

41

أَمْ لَهُمُۥٓ إِلَٰهٌ غَيْرُ اُ۬للَّهِۖ سُبْحَٰنَ اَ۬للَّهِ عَمَّا يُشْرِكُونَۖ ﰨ

Am lahumû ilâhun ghayru llâhi subhâna llâhi ‘ammâ yushrikûn

Ou ont-ils une autre divinité à part Allah? Qu'Allah soit glorifié et purifié de tout ce qu'ils associent

Or have they a deity other than Allah? Exalted is Allah above whatever they associate with Him

42

۞ وَإِنْ يَّرَوْاْ كِسْفاٗ مِّنَ اَ۬لسَّمَآءِ سَاقِطاٗ يَقُولُواْ سَحَابٞ مَّرْكُومٞۖ ﰩ

Wa'iy yaraw kisfam mina ssamâ'i sâqitan yaqûlû sahâbum markûm

Et s'ils voient tomber des fragments du ciel, ils disent: «Ce sont des nuages superposés»

And if they were to see a fragment from the sky falling, they would say, "[It is merely] clouds heaped up

43

فَذَرْهُمْ حَتَّىٰ يُلَٰقُواْ يَوْمَهُمُ اُ۬لذِے فِيهِ يَصْعَقُونَ ﰪ

Fadharhum hattâ yulâqû yawmahumu lladhî fîhi yas‘aqûn

Laisse-les donc, jusqu'à ce qu'ils rencontrent leur jour où ils seront foudroyés

So leave them until they meet their Day in which they will be struck insensible

44

يَوْمَ لَا يُغْنِے عَنْهُمْ كَيْدُهُمْ شَئْاٗ وَلَا هُمْ يُنصَرُونَۖ ﰫ

Yawma lâ yughnî ‘anhum kayduhum shay'an walâ hum yunsarûn

le jour où leur ruse ne leur servira à rien, où ils ne seront pas secourus

The Day their plan will not avail them at all, nor will they be helped

45

وَإِنَّ لِلذِينَ ظَلَمُواْ عَذَاباٗ دُونَ ذَٰلِكَۖ وَلَٰكِنَّ أَكْثَرَهُمْ لَا يَعْلَمُونَۖ ﰬ

Wa'inna lilladhîna zalamû ‘adhâban dûna dhâlika walâkinna aktharahum lâ ya‘lamûn

Les injustes auront un châtiment préalable. Mais la plupart d'entre eux ne savent pas

And indeed, for those who have wronged is a punishment before that, but most of them do not know

46

وَاصْبِرْ لِحُكْمِ رَبِّكَ فَإِنَّكَ بِأَعْيُنِنَاۖ وَسَبِّحْ بِحَمْدِ رَبِّكَ حِينَ تَقُومُۖ ﰭ

Wasbir lihukmi rabbika fa'innaka bi'a‘yuninâ wasabbih bihamdi rabbika hîna taqûm

Et supporte patiemment la décision de ton Seigneur. Car en vérité, tu es sous Nos yeux. Et célèbre la gloire de ton Seigneur quand tu te lèves

And be patient, [O Muhammad], for the decision of your Lord, for indeed, you are in Our eyes. And exalt [Allah] with praise of your Lord when you arise

47

وَمِنَ اَ۬ليْلِ فَسَبِّحْهُ وَإِدْبَٰرَ اَ۬لنُّجُومِۖ ﰮ

Wamina llayli fasabbihhu wa'idbâra nnujûm

Glorifie-Le une partie de la nuit et au déclin des étoiles

And in a part of the night exalt Him and after [the setting of] the stars
