سُورَةُ المَسَد

111. Al-Masad · Muhammad Hamidullah · Saheeh International

بِسْمِ اِ۬للَّهِ اِ۬لرَّحْمَٰنِ اِ۬لرَّحِيمِ Au nom d'Allah, le Tout Miséricordieux, le Très Miséricordieux. In the name of Allah, the Entirely Merciful, the Especially Merciful.

1

تَبَّتْ يَدَآ أَبِے لَهَبٖ وَتَبَّۖ ﰀ

Tabbat yadâ abî lahabin watabb

Que périssent les deux mains d'Abû-Lahab et que lui-même périsse

May the hands of Abu Lahab be ruined, and ruined is he

2

مَآ أَغْن۪ىٰ عَنْهُ مَالُهُۥ وَمَا كَسَبَۖ ﰁ

Mâ aghnê ‘anhu mâluhû wamâ kasab

Sa fortune ne lui sert à rien, ni ce qu'il a acquis

His wealth will not avail him or that which he gained

سَيَصْلَىٰ نَاراٗ ذَاتَ لَهَبٖ ﰂ

Sayaslâ nâran dhâta lahab

Il sera brûlé dans un Feu plein de flammes

He will [enter to] burn in a Fire of [blazing] flame

4

وَامْرَأَتُهُۥۖ حَمَّالَةُ اُ۬لْحَطَبِ ﰃ

Wamra'atuhû hammâlatu lhatab

de même sa femme, la porteuse de bois

And his wife [as well] - the carrier of firewood

5

فِے جِيدِهَا حَبْلٞ مِّن مَّسَدٖۖ ﰄ

Fî jîdihâ hablum mim masad

à son cou, une corde de fibres

Around her neck is a rope of [twisted] fiber
