بِسْمِ اِ۬للَّهِ اِ۬لرَّحْمَٰنِ اِ۬لرَّحِيمِ Au nom d'Allah, le Tout Miséricordieux, le Très Miséricordieux. In the name of Allah, the Entirely Merciful, the Especially Merciful.
اِنَّآ أَنزَلْنَٰهُ فِے لَيْلَةِ اِ۬لْقَدْرِۖ ﰀ
Innâ anzalnâhu fî laylati lqadr
Nous l'avons certes, fait descendre (le Coran) pendant la nuit d'Al-Qadr
Indeed, We sent the Qur'an down during the Night of Decree
وَمَآ أَدْر۪يٰكَ مَا لَيْلَةُ اُ۬لْقَدْرِۖ ﰁ
Wamâ adrêka mâ laylatu lqadr
Et qui te dira ce qu'est la nuit d'Al-Qadr
And what can make you know what is the Night of Decree
لَيْلَةُ اُ۬لْقَدْرِ خَيْرٞ مِّنَ اَلْفِ شَهْرٖۖ ﰂ
Laylatu lqadri khayrum mina lfi shahr
La nuit d'Al-Qadr est meilleure que mille mois
The Night of Decree is better than a thousand months
تَنَزَّلُ اُ۬لْمَلَٰٓئِكَةُ وَالرُّوحُ فِيهَا بِإِذْنِ رَبِّهِم مِّن كُلِّ أَمْرٖۖ ﰃ
Tanazzalu lmalâ'ikatu warrûhu fîhâ bi'idhni rabbihim min kulli amr
Durant celle-ci descendent les Anges ainsi que l'Esprit, par permission de leur Seigneur pour tout ordre
The angels and the Spirit descend therein by permission of their Lord for every matter
سَلَٰمٌ هِيَ حَتَّىٰ مَطْلَعِ اِ۬لْفَجْرِۖ ﰄ
Salâmun hiya hattâ matla‘i lfajr
Elle est paix et salut jusqu'à l'apparition de l'aube
Peace it is until the emergence of dawn
