بِسْمِ اِ۬للَّهِ اِ۬لرَّحْمَٰنِ اِ۬لرَّحِيمِ Au nom d'Allah, le Tout Miséricordieux, le Très Miséricordieux. In the name of Allah, the Entirely Merciful, the Especially Merciful.
قُلَ اَعُوذُ بِرَبِّ اِ۬لْفَلَقِ ﰀ
Qula ‘ûdhu birabbi lfalaq
Dis: «Je cherche protection auprès du Seigneur de l'aube naissante
Say, "I seek refuge in the Lord of daybreak
مِن شَرِّ مَا خَلَقَ ﰁ
Min sharri mâ khalaq
contre le mal des êtres qu'Il a créés
From the evil of that which He created
وَمِن شَرِّ غَاسِقٍ اِذَا وَقَبَ ﰂ
Wamin sharri ghâsiqini dhâ waqab
contre le mal de l'obscurité quand elle s'approfondit
And from the evil of darkness when it settles
وَمِن شَرِّ اِ۬لنَّفَّٰثَٰتِ فِے اِ۬لْعُقَدِ ﰃ
Wamin sharri nnaffâthâti fî l‘uqad
contre le mal de celles qui soufflent [les sorcières] sur les nœuds
And from the evil of the blowers in knots
وَمِن شَرِّ حَاسِدٍ اِذَا حَسَدَۖ ﰄ
Wamin sharri hâsidini dhâ hasad
et contre le mal de l'envieux quand il envie»
And from the evil of an envier when he envies
